We ship your order within 1 to 3 days of Payment Received. Insurance is offered at an additional cost during original purchase. We offer multiple options for shipping for expedited delivery at most economical cost.

Returns are easy and convenient at LadyBazar.com!. You can exchange your purchase to our LadyBazar store. (Locates in San Jose).

You can also return purchases directly to LadyBazar.com by mail. We cover all shipping for exchanges or store credit!

RETURNING BY MAIL
Please get a return authorization by email or on phone within 30 days of receipt of items. Once you have the return authorization, simply mail the package to process the exchange or return - it's that easy!. Item must be in unused/unopened new condition with all retail packaging.

For Item Exchange or Store Credit, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For Item Return, we don’t cover the return shipping cost.  You will receive a credit to the original tender (e.g. major credit card etc.). If the return has not been pre-authorized or the item does not include all retail packaging (this does not refer to bubble wrap, shipping box or similar), a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

RETURNING A GIFT
